How to order

After filling out the form, click "Submit." Our customer service team will contact you to provide you with a quote and to confirm your order details.

Board price

We will contact you with a formal quotation and proceed only after receiving your approval. First of all, please feel free to use this form.

logo

We will accept requests regarding the color and placement of marks (decals).
We cannot guarantee that we will be able to meet your requests 100%, so please be aware that the actual product may differ from what you specified.

American factories tend to overlook stickers on boards, such as logos that do not affect the performance of the surfboard, and may end up with a finished product that does not meet the customer's expectations. We cannot accept cancellations or complaints due to differences in logo color, type, size, position, angle, or differences from the image, so please understand this before placing your order.

Surfboard Size

You cannot specify any other detailed values ​​than the board length, center thickness, and center width. If you need advice on choosing a size, please feel free to contact Clips. Click the button below for the inch/centimeter size conversion table.

Fin box colour

Please note that we will ask you to specify the color of the fin box as a request. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to meet your request 100%, so please note that we will not accept any complaints if the color differs from your request.

Tail Shape

Depending on the model, it may not be possible to change the standard shape.

Specifying the shape

Since it is 100% hand shaped, you can request rail shapes, rocker, concave, etc.

airbrush

Please describe the design and color in the request field, and send the design by email if necessary. Please note that coloring work is done according to American standards, so there may be slight differences in color and design. Please note that the completion of airbrushing is not subject to claims under any circumstances. Airbrush fees vary depending on the design and each manufacturer. The fees listed on the order form on the left are only a guide. After placing your order, we will contact you with the official amount.

Glassing

Unless otherwise specified, the deck surface is generally finished with two layers of 4 oz fiberglass and the bottom surface with one layer of 4 oz fiberglass. This standard is a standard specification that pursues a certain degree of performance. Therefore, the board will wear and age with each use. If you want to use it for several years, we recommend ordering a stronger board. However, the board will be heavier and this will have a significant impact on performance. Fin System

You can order in either of the above ways. We do not accept glass-on-fins due to shipping restrictions.

Fins are not included with the board, but if you order from our online store we can include them with the board for free.

MINAMI surfboard delivery time

It depends on the season, but it usually takes about two months, so please order with plenty of time.

name

The name of the person placing the order will be signed by the shaper. In rare cases, the name may not be entered or there may be a mistake in the name, but please note that these are not subject to complaints.

Payment

For custom orders, a $400 deposit is required at the time of ordering. The remaining balance is due when the board is delivered to Clips. Once you have placed your order, we will contact you with a formal quote.
