RETURN POLICY

All sales final on surfboard purchases
Exceptions for manufacture defects that affect the performance of the board

Other regular priced and sale items are returnable
Returning items must be unworn, unwashed, with all sales tags attached to be eligible

Returns are accepted 14days from the date of purchase
If it does not meet the standards above we will not accept the return
In that case your item will be sent back to you via mail

For sale items you can only be issued a store credit and no cash refunds

We will reply to your email within 48 hours
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We do not do exchanges.
If you are trying to exchange a product, please follow the return policy and repurchase the item from our webstore.

 

REFUNDS

If you used a Credit Card for purchase we wil refund the same card

For sale items we will issue a store credit to your online account
Store credit is available for use on your next online purchase.
Online store credit is not redeemable in-store

When the refund is completed we will notify the customer by email.

If we are refunding your Credit Card please check your Credit Card invoice for refund confirmation
Depending on your Credit Card company the time frame of the refund may vary
